Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê (/ˈtoʤɘ/ /co ˈlijo/ [cool (fashionable); casual] [agriculture]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Sihîlêsê Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê was founded by Lemtodea Zlkdonm, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê has a yearly average temperature of 24°C (75°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 28°C (82°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê receives an average of 198 cm/y (77 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê was founded durring the late 12th century in summer of the year 1091, by Lemtodea Zlkdonm. The establishment of Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. After attempts to pay people to resettle failed Lemtodea Zlkdonm struck deals with nearby nations and communities to establish Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê as a prison colony.
Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the late 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Cultural Notes
Two or more groups of citizens within Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê hate each other. Their neighbors or the local law have kept things from too-overt violence, but members of the groups will constantly interfere with their rivals and cause whatever misery they can get away with. This hate may spring from recent events, or it may be an inherited spite from old wrongs.
Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by dynamic designs and complex architectural plan forms; intended to heighten feelings of motion and sensuality, and frequently based on the oval. It made extensive and extreme use of: Grandeur, Contrast, Curves and twists, Rich surface treatments, Gilded statuary, Bright colors, Vividly painted ceilings, Fragmented or deliberately incomplete elements, Large-scale frescoes, Dramatic central projections on an external facade, the use of plaster, stucco, or marble finishing, Illusory effects such as trompe l’oeil, and pear-shaped domes. While beloved by the nobility, the common folk tended to despise the style due to the massive consumption of resources required for even a small building constructed in this style.

The conflict ended after roughly 30, when members of Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê's militia enacted an operation to destroy or capture a specific enemy 's family member. The operation was complicated by a key segment of the operation that deepened entirely on a stealth mission going perfectly. The conflict ended with pitched battle between both forces, which ended in a crushing defeat for Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Mëcèh-co Liyo Fêqê's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
